For the past 10 months, there has been increasing police violence at pro-Palestinian protests in Berlin, which has also indiscriminately targeted minors. Children as young as 7 have been arrested, many teenagers have been beaten and brutalised. After supplying $355.3 million worth of military equipment to Israel in 2023, Germany continues to be the second largest supplier of arms for the ongoing genocide. 

Astra is a Finnish feminist magazine, in print since 1919.
