Sailaab Syllabus is the first of a series of pamphlets that collates research materials, moments and conversations from Karachi LaJamia’s most recent course, Hamare Siyal Rishte (Our Watery Relations). The Sailaab (flood) Syllabi experimentally approach the idea of a ‘syllabus’ as less of a prescriptive, disciplinary document and more of a loose, open, ecstatic assemblage of invocations, offerings and remembrances.
